Data reveals that a majority of Auction.com buyers buy locally in communities they care about and have a primary strategy of rehabbing and reselling to owner-occupants.
“More than 75 percent of Auction.com property buyers purchase locally and about 70 percent resell to owner-occupants after rehabbing,” said Daren Blomquist, Auction.com VP of Market Economics. “We view this majority as more than just buyers. They are local community advocates and mission-focused developers.”
