Some foreclosure auctions still operate in the world of back-of-the-napkin sales contracts. That’s why savvy buyers are choosy when it comes to where they bid.
“When I’m working with Auction.com and looking at foreclosures, a couple things always stand out,” said Auction.com local community developer Tony Tritt. “One, we love how good a job they do with advertising a property. We know what’s going for sale. We know the process it’s in. We know if it’s getting cancelled or not getting cancelled or if it’s pending. What status it’s in when we get ready to eyeball a particular property at the sale.”
