One might think that buyers at foreclosure and REO auctions are large institutional investors buying hundreds or even thousands of properties each year.
The 2022 Buyer Insights Report shows a much different profile.
“According to the survey, 91% of Auction.com buyers purchased 10 or fewer properties in 2021,” said Daren Blomquist, Auction.com VP of Market Economics.
