A slowing housing market has prompted prospective buyers to bid more conservatively at foreclosure auction in the last three quarters of 2022.
“I need to adjust my pricing because it is a little harder to rent and my financing cost is going up,” said Auction.com local community buyer Francois Delille. “On the flip you feel the pain right away. You do a lot of remodel, and you sell it for just a little more than what you put into it.”
