As we move past the two-month mark of the pandemic declaration, bidding behavior has rebounded strongly.
“REO auction properties sold for 103 percent of seller reserve on average in the last week of April,” said Auction.com VP of Market Economics Daren Blomquist. “That’s a 14-week high and up 3 percent from the same week a year ago.”
