Auction.com has been awarded a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Catalyst Award from the Council for Inclusion in Financial Services (CIFS).
The award is given to industry pioneers that have accelerated a positive impact in diversity and inclusion through philanthropic efforts or initiatives helping to transform the industry.
Auction.com has a long history of positively impacting communities, while supporting homeownership, neighborhoods, and veterans, and continuing to enhance an inclusive workforce culture.
“I want to recognize our IDEA Council that continues to advance inclusion and belonging shaped by the vision and involvement of so many dedicated Auction.com employees and senior leaders,” said Deanna Drum, Head of People & Culture, Auction.com. “Our council is making great strides building and shaping organizational culture where employees feel valued for their insight and perspectives formed by diverse backgrounds and life experiences.”
Auction.com gives a special thank you to Kelley Burns, Director of Buyer Success, and IDEA Council Co-Chair, and Daren Blomquist, VP of Market Economics, for sharing their knowledge at CIFS summits. Burns spoke on DEI topics, and Blomquist discussed how Auction.com is helping to stabilize neighborhoods and expand homeownership.
“I am very proud of this recognition and the dedication of everyone involved in helping us continue to make meaningful strides progressing inclusion and diversity,” said Drum.
