Business and technology leader Ravi Singh — Auction.com’s Chief Product and Technology Officer — was recently awarded HousingWire’s coveted Rising Stars Award. This accolade recognizes industry professionals who have become leaders in their respective fields and are helping to move markets forward.

In his short time at Auction.com, Singh has been leading the implementation of Auction.com’s Auction Interact™, a suite of tools that offers buyers and sellers the ability to negotiate distressed home sales in real time. Informed decisioning is critical to changing the disposition industry for the better, and Singh is helping to lead the company into the future.
“Our future goals, which we are already quickly achieving, are built on the strength of our revolutionary technology,” said Singh. “Many of our sellers are enjoying the benefits of Portfolio Interact, which is a business intelligence dashboard that gives you asset-level detail, and smart analytics for better decision-making. And on top of that is Bid Interact. As a real time feature, it helps you send an asset to closing faster than ever before.”
Singh has also been working on revolutionary features for the Auction.com app. This includes Foreclosure Interact, which lets users sort properties by venue, receive real-time status updates, track properties from anywhere and check in faster with a QR code. Remote Bid is also being tested. This feature lets buyers set a maximum bid from anywhere – even for multiple auctions in different locations.
And for in-person auctions, Singh has implemented better geofencing capabilities.
“My role is not only to bring innovation, but to be a champion of the people who work in the technology space so their efforts and hard work are recognized,” Singh said.
As a real estate investor, entrepreneur, technologist, product strategist and data authority with an acute understanding of markets and trends, Singh has made a mark creating high-growth companies in a short amount of time.
While with Anvita Health, he led expansive projects focused on compliance, security and data governance. Before that he was hired by MediaShift as its fourth employee. Under his leadership, the employee count grew to 150 in nine months, which included the acquisition of a top media organization. At Tillster, he helped grow the company from 50 to 500 employees in 2.5 years.
Along with having a solid corporate background, Singh is a blockchain investor and an innovator, spending his time to better solve critical problems.
