- Leading the development and implementation of a new mission statement that highlights the significance of expanding homeownership and the positive impacts that Auction.com has on communities and families
- Expanding the company’s reach and improved operations with the recent hiring of a new Chief Business Office and a Vice President of Government Relations and Community Development
- Streamlining the company’s structure to create better outcomes for clients, increased sales, and improved customer satisfaction

She is also the Vice Chairperson of the Veterans Financial Services Advisory Council, which brings together financial services leaders to raise awareness for Operation Homefront. Her leadership and dedication to the industry have been recognized with the prestigious 2022 Operation Homefront Cornerstone Award, and she’s also a recipient of Five Star Institute’s prestigious Laurie Maggiano Executive of the Year Award.
