No. One deposit of $1,000 gives you access to all auctions that have a Bid Deposit requirement. You can register for up to 4 auctions at the same time using the same Bid Deposit.

You can request a refund of your bid deposit in the Wallet. Simply click the ‘Request Refund’ button and follow the instructions. Refund availability depends on your satisfaction of our Participation Terms.

Yes. You can request a refund, so long as you are not currently bidding on a property or have a transaction in contracting that has a bid deposit requirement.

If your Bid Deposit is eligible for a refund, refunds can take up to 10 business days to process depending on the payment type.

In the event you are the winning bidder and fail to perform in accordance with the Participation Terms, the full Bid Deposit amount shall be paid as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.

Refunds are issued to the credit or debit card, or bank account originally used for the deposit. However, if the funds have been in your Wallet for more than 180 days, you will need to provide a new credit or debit card to process the refund.
No. A refund will return all the funds in your Wallet, as described above.

No. Bid Deposit funds cannot be used for any transactional costs.
