Over the last 20 years, Auction.com local community developer Paul Lizell has been helping to stabilize neighborhoods by buying and renovating distressed properties.
But his impact goes way beyond his own properties. After he quit his day job in 2004 to buy and renovate full-time, Lizell began teaching other buyers to do what he did and has built a community of buyers who share his vision.
