“MVP exposes pre-foreclosure properties to more than 6 million buyers using Auction.com,” said Daren Blomquist, Auction.com VP of Market Economics. “Only 12 percent of these buyers are using the MLS as their primary source for finding deals, according to a 2020 survey. By comparison, foreclosure auctions or online REO auctions are the primary deal source for 78 percent of these buyers.“
