Yes. You can request a refund as long as you are not currently participating in a property transaction or have an ongoing process that includes a deposit requirement.

If your deposit is eligible for a refund, processing can take up to 10 business days depending on the payment method.

If you are selected to move forward with a purchase but fail to complete the transaction in accordance with the Participation Terms, the full deposit amount will be retained as liquidated damages, not as a penalty.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account) used for the deposit. If the funds have been in your Wallet for more than 180 days, you will need to provide a new credit or debit card for the refund.
