The Insiders award recognizes operational all-stars — those insiders who are a company’s best-kept secret, yet vital to its success.
“Sarina and her team have played a vital role in the restarting of foreclosures post-moratorium, supporting dozens of servicers and hundreds of attorney firms who mostly were dormant over the past two years to begin processing, marketing, and auctioning foreclosure sales throughout the county,” said Steve Price, EVP Foreclosure Services. “In addition, Sarina is at the forefront of state-level legislation that seeks to change foreclosure laws in several states at this present point in time.”
Kinder has in-depth knowledge and expertise of the foreclosure auction process, front- and back-end operational processes, system functionality, and technology and marketing components. She is an invaluable contributor to the organization and helped the company navigate one of the most operationally challenging periods of the default servicing business on record.
With Auction.com for 15 years, she was one of the original employees who set up operations for Auction.com’s foreclosure division and built it from a three county/one state pilot program to the national program it is today.

Sarina helped transform how investor and servicer clients interact within the foreclosure sale process by demonstrating the value of Auction.com’s marketing platform and auctioneering services. Through implementation and optimization of sales data reporting as well as development of a proprietary inventory and performance management tool, Foreclosure Portfolio Interact™, clients can more easily access and manage their foreclosure referrals to Auction.com. This is reflected in the more than 60,000 foreclosure properties brought to sale each year through Auction.com’s marketplace.
She has also taken on an elevated strategic role to lead our foreclosure expansion efforts. This role entails developing and overseeing the auction services expansion roadmap, managing lobbyists, engaging with state legislatures, and creating new strategic relationships among key stakeholders. This in turn extends auctioneering services, introduces use of innovative technology (Remote Bid™, AuctionSync®, and Online Sales), expands bidder participation, maximizes third party sales, and increases neighborhood stabilization.
