Auction.com is excited to announce that Rusty Poindexter has joined the company as its Senior Vice President of Strategic Performance and Business Development.
With 12 years of experience working with banks and servicers, extensive relationships in the disposition industry, and substantial sales experience, Rusty joins Auction.com as a member of the Business Development Team. He will help grow and expand sales and relationships.

Rusty is coming to Auction.com after senior-level stints with two attorney firms, McCarthy Holthus, LLP, and Albertelli Law (ALAW), which serve the disposition industry.
One of Rusty’s main draws for working at Auction.com was the Business Development Team’s collaborative environment. As a former educator and football coach, Rusty said he’s always been drawn to being part of a team working together for a successful outcome.
Rusty lives in Texas with his wife, Sonya. He has two grown daughters, ages 19 and 22, and enjoys being outdoors, golfing, hiking, and traveling.
