Auction.com is excited to announce that Ingrid Jaschok has joined the company as the executive vice president of online auction operations.
She will ensure that the merchandising to transaction servicing process is completed effectively and efficiently, while providing an excellent buyer and seller experience. She will also further develop the pre-foreclosure Market Validation Program, which provides clients with compassionate and innovative solutions for distressed borrowers, and help Auction.com achieve its No. 1 goal of building out its platform.
“I am looking forward to working with our internal strategic partners to deliver a best-in-class platform for online operations that will deliver a transparent, simple, and revolutionary experience,” said Jaschok.
Auction.com President Ali Haralson said, “I am very excited to have Ingrid on our team. Her vast knowledge and experience will help us grow and support our commitment to maintain our position as the No. 1 marketplace for distressed real estate.”
Jaschok was recently a senior vice president at Freedom Mortgage, where she managed their nationwide call centers — everything from customer service to loss mitigation and helping customers to pivot out of forbearance plans.
Before Freedom, she worked for Mr. Cooper for 16 years, where Jaschok spent time in almost every area of the service business developing her leadership skills. As a senior vice president who oversaw multiple functions, including Servicing, Operational Risk, Internal Controls, and Management Information Systems, she partnered with her team and tech to create an automated loss mitigation process for customers during the pandemic.
While there, she won the 2019 Women in Housing Leadership Award for Diversity & Inclusion. As part of her focus on diversity and inclusion, she started Mr. Cooper’s first Pride group and hopes to do the same at Auction.com.
Jaschok said that the entrepreneurial culture and the people she interviewed with are what drew her to Auction.com.
“Starting with my initial meeting with Ali, I talked to person after person who exposed me to an amazing culture,” Jaschok said. “I became more enamored with each interview because of their support, energy, motivation, and transparency.”
Outside of work, Jaschok enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her wife, four children, and a granddaughter, and playing softball.
