Auction.com Announces the Appointment of David Osborn as CFO

Auction.com is excited to announce the promotion of interim CFO David Osborn to the permanent position of Chief Financial Officer. With vast industry experience in financial services and real estate, Osborn has been instrumental in overseeing accounting, financial planning, tax, and treasury functions as interim CFO.  

“Dave’s decade-long tenure at Auction.com and impressive 30-year career in the mortgage and real estate industry are integral to our continued success,” said Jason Allnutt, Auction.com Chief Executive Officer. “His profound understanding of our company and the broader industry landscape positions us well for continued future growth and innovation.”  

Before joining Auction.com, Osborn held financial executive positions at Carrington Mortgage Holdings and Accredited Home Lenders, bringing a wealth of industry expertise to his role. He has Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Executive Leadership degrees from the University of San Diego, as well as a Master of Science in Business Administration degree from San Diego State University.

Outside work, Osborn enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, and cheering on his favorite sports teams, particularly San Diego State University’s football and basketball teams.
