WHAT’S A WINNING BID DEPOSIT?

For Arizona Foreclosure auctions, a Winning Bid Deposit is the $10,000 required to participate in bidding. Upon winning, the $10,000 deposit will be credited towards the purchase price.
The rest of the funds are due by 5PM NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

The Remote Bid system is automatically set up to be debited once you win the auction. After winning you’ll have 24 hours to pay the remaining balance of your winning bid. Auction.com will send you a communication to help you stay informed and get your payment to the right place.
Your money stays yours! Funds will remain in your Remote Bid account until you win an auction and are required to pay a winning bid deposit OR you request a refund.

Simply request a refund through the Remote Bid system and your refund will be processed in a matter of days.
