The Search Experience
To better serve your needs, Auction.com has enhanced the property search experience to allow you to “include nearby results” as well as broaden the map view to a wider radius. Searching by zip code can leave out desirable neighborhoods and properties, so this free “search near” tool includes nearby properties that fit your search terms.
Another upgrade: When you hover over a property on a Search Results Page, its online location pin will highlight neighborhoods on the map view. If you use the zoom in and zoom out function (+ –) or click to a new location, a white “search this area” button will appear. Click this button to repopulate the map with new location pins. Start searching properties near you.

- Real-time status updates. Know which properties are canceled, postponed or cleared for sale leading up to auction day.
