One of the most important parts of your real estate investment strategy is finding the right properties. So here’s some great news: We have rolled out a revamped search experience to better serve investors like you.
With Auction.com’s updated search features, it’s easier than ever to match the right property to the right investor:
Integrated Map and List: Now, you can see where properties are located as you browse search results. When you hover over a property on the search results list, that property’s location pin will highlight on the map. Or, you can hover over location pins on the map to highlight a property on the search list. This lets you know at a glance if they’re in the right neighborhoods.
If you use the zoom in and zoom out function (+ –) or click and hold within the integrated map and then drag to a new location, a blue “Redo search in this area” button will appear. Click this button to repopulate the map with any new location pins.
Simpler Filters: We’ve made our search filters more discoverable and intuitive than before. Filters are present and feature more intuitive labels (such as “in person” versus “online” auctions).
Ability to Search Near: Searching by zip code might leave out desirable properties located just over a boundary line. Our new search near option includes nearby properties that fit your search terms, even those that are technically outside the set boundary.
The ability to search near also makes searching more efficient as all properties within a certain radius — not just those in a specific zip code — will appear in search results.
Improved Sorting: You now have the ability to sort by the newest properties on the platform. This gives investors like you an edge when seeking great new opportunities as soon as they appear.
We also improved the sorting so you can sort by the most relevant properties based on your search query.
Pervasive Search: Now, our pervasive search box means you can start a new search right away – no backtracking. Use the search bar at the top of every page on Auction.com to begin a new search.
