- Sort properties by venue. Unique to the app, you can filter to see the number of properties that will be up for auction at any specific venue. This helps you plan which auction event to attend in advance to maximize your time.
- Better property search options. Search for foreclosure auctions in various locations throughout the country by using three different view options: condensed, expanded, or grid. The grid view also allows you to follow the auction proceedings easily in locations where there is no projected screen.
- Real-time status updates. Know which properties are cancelled, postponed or cleared for sale leading up to auction day, even when you’re on the go.
- Track properties from anywhere. At a glance, track which property is “In-Auction” and actively accepting bids. We let you know what’s going on in real time, wherever you are.
- Check in faster with a QR code. Expedite the registration process by letting a Team Green member scan your QR Code. That way you don’t miss any sales and have more time to bid.
